My journey with Dhamecha began in 2015, when I was looking to broaden my experience. Coming from a strong retail background, I was keen to move into the wholesale sector and take on a new challenge. I joined as a General Manager and have had the opportunity to work across all depots in London. These experiences have helped me grow both professionally and personally, and I am now proud to be working as an Area Manager in London.
I genuinely enjoy working at Dhamecha. The business is versatile, dynamic and is always willing to listen to suggestions and take on board new ways of working in an ever-changing environment. I joined Dhamecha Foods in 2017 and have grown with the company ever since. I started as a Supply Chain Controller at the Barking branch, progressed to Duty Manager at Enfield, and in 2021 became a Deputy Manager. In 2023, I was promoted to General Manager. This journey reflects my dedication, continuous learning, and the strong trust Dhamecha Foods places in its people, as well as the company’s commitment to developing talent and supporting long-term career growth.
