About the Store
Tewin Stores and Post Office, owned by Mr and Mrs Paul and Diane Hagger, has been a community hub for over a century. Taken over by the village in 2007 and run by volunteers, it now combines a café, convenience store, and post office. Since partnering with Dhamecha, Watford branch, in 2021, the Haggers have benefited from a broad and reliable product range that enables them to continue serving their local community with ease.
Challenges on the Shelf
Sourcing products was a daily challenge. Stock availability and variety were limited at other wholesalers, often leaving gaps in what their customers needed.
Running a local store meant visiting multiple suppliers just to meet everyday demand. This made restocking time-consuming and inconsistent.
